Airlenses helps you to change or replace prescription lenses on your existing spectacle frame at very affordable prices. The best part of changing your lenses, would be our processing models such as “Ship it” or “Get it Picked”. You can choose to send us your frame or arrange for a free pick up at your doorstep. Once we receive it, we ensure the best of care is provided in fitting new lenses and getting it delivered back to you as NEW.

We offer you high quality prescription lenses at atleast 70% lower prices than your normal optician. We have no overheads such as store rents , salaries and expenses. So we just pass on the benefits to you.
Where do i get the spectacle prescription?
You can visit your nearest Optician or Ophthalmologist to get your eyes tested for a spectacle prescription. You can also ship us your existing glasses and we can find out the power from it using our latest technology Lensometers.
How do i enter my power details.
You can email your prescription to sales@airlenses.in and we will take the details from there.
How much is does shipping cost?
We got the shipping covered and there are no charges for all orders.
How can i check the order status?
You can write to us at sales@airlenses.in for your order status
Can I modify or makes changes to the order?
Yes, you can make the changes to your order within 6 hours of placing the order.
Can I re-order my lenses from previous order?
You can easily re-order your lenses from a previous order by logging into your account. Review all your information and place your order
Can I order more than one set of lenses?
Part of the Airlenses process is inserting the new lenses into your frames. Therefore, you can only order one set of lenses per frame. If you have multiple frames you'd like new lenses for, we can happily take care of that for you.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets
How soon can I expedite my spectacle delivery?
You can place your order and ship us your frame. On receiving them, we ensure to provide additional care for your urgency and expedite the process of delivering the spectacle to you at the earliest. The usual time is around 4-6 days.

Can i cancel the order?
Yes, you can cancel your order only within 6 hours from the time of order being placed. Please note we can only accept cancellation to an order until the order has arrived at the lab.
How does 14 Days refund policy work?
If your not satisfied with our lenses, you can claim our 14 days refund by sending us an email to sales@airlenses.in with your concerns and we shall do the needful.
What will I get back with my New Glasses ?
For every order that is being placed, we ensure products such as spectacle case, micro-fibre cloth & lens cleaning spray, worth Rs 250.
